Data you provide directly
Contact form When you use the contact form on this site, you provide your name and email address. This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry and is not added to any mailing list without your explicit consent.
Mirror System report requests When you submit a Mirror System report request, you provide your name, date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth. This data is used exclusively to calculate and produce your personalised report. It is not shared with third parties and is not used for marketing.
Email newsletter If you subscribe to the mailing list, your email address is stored and managed via MailPoet. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
Data collected automatically
Analytics With your consent, we use Google Analytics (measurement ID: G-B5F0BR73GH) to collect anonymised data about how visitors use this site — pages visited, time on site, and general geographic location. This data is used to improve the site and understand which content is most useful to readers. It is not collected unless you accept analytics cookies via the consent banner.
Server logs Our hosting provider automatically collects standard server log data including IP addresses, browser type, and pages requested. This data is retained for security purposes and is not used for marketing.

Data Retention
Contact form enquiries are retained for as long as necessary to resolve your query. Report request data (birth details) is retained for the period necessary to deliver the report and resolve any queries, after which it is deleted. Newsletter email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe. Server logs are retained for up to 90 days.
